  • We install automatic pool covers on both new construction and existing pools. Utilizing under guide, recessed guide, and top guide systems, we are able to adapt to all pool designs.

    Credit Card Policy

    We would like to inform you that we do require a valid Credit Card prior to the scheduling of a service order. The cardnumber will be on file for payment if there is an invoice generated. We will mail or email you a detailed invoice, outlining the service performed, and you may choose to pay with a check, cash, or credit card; Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.

    *Please note: If the balance is not paid, the credit card will be charged after 5 days for Replacement Cover Installations. Returned checks as well as accounts sent to collections are subject to a $20.00 fee and chargebacks are subject to a $35.00 fee.

  • Automatic pool cover fabric will show some signs of wear because of being exposed to environmental elements over time. On average, an automatic pool covers fabric will last 7 years depending on pool water and chemical buildup, UV exposure, and other environmental elements. If you notice that your fabric is getting stiff, brittle, or cracked in some areas, call us today for your Free replacement quote.

    Our highly-skilled service teams carry hundreds of manufacturer-specific parts in the trucks and can accurately assess the issue in one trip.

    Stone Lid Policy

    PennCovers strongly recommends that you have the stones over the cover vault removed prior to our arrival. If PennCovers needs to remove said lids, we do not assume any liability if the stones are chipped, cracked, or damaged in any way. If a third technician is required to help in the removal, you will be billed for that technician ($195 per hour) for the entirety of the service. Please note some stones are simply too big to be removed, those stones MUST be removed before our arrival.

  • Ongoing maintenance is required on your automatic pool cover system to uphold the manufacturer warranty. We offer multiple service plan options to keep your auto cover running smoothly throughout the year:
